All new clients must book the New Client Experience prior to other services, or you can choose the Seasonal Special without consultation. You will receive an appointment confirmation and welcome packet e-mail. This will include a bit more information along with your Skin and Healthy History forms. Please fill these out as accurately as possible to ensure the best treatment options. We utilize multiple treatments including chemical resurfacing, electrical, and heat based modalities which could be affected by health conditions and/or medications. Our form systems are HIPAA compliant, so your health information is secured.

For most services, you will also receive the Experience Customization Form the day before or day of your appointment. This will take about two to five minutes to complete, so please arrive 15 minute early to the studio to fill it out and also have restroom time if needed.

There are benches outside the studio while we clean and get refreshed for your visit. We will review all your skin forms during consultation and answer any questions. After, we will go over treatment after care, homecare recommendations, and answer any additional questions you may have. You always leave with SPF during the day so you are welcome to go out or run errands if needed unless otherwise advised.
