I recommend all new clients start with the New Client Experience before booking other services. Alternatively, you may choose the Seasonal Special (if available) without a consultation. Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email along with a welcome packet. This will include additional information as well as your Skin and Health History forms.

Please complete these forms as accurately as possible to ensure the best treatment options. I use a variety of techniques, including massage therapy, chemical resurfacing, and electrical and heat-based modalities, which may be affected by certain health conditions or medications. Rest assured, the form systems are HIPAA-compliant, so your health information is securely protected.

For most services, you’ll also receive an Experience Customization Form the day before or the day of your appointment. This form takes about two to five minutes to complete. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to the studio to fill it out and have time to use the restroom, if needed.

While we prepare the studio for your visit, benches are available outside for your comfort. During your consultation, we will review your forms together and address any questions you may have. After the service, I’ll provide treatment aftercare instructions, homecare recommendations, and answer any additional questions.

For skin services, you’ll always leave with SPF applied if it’s during the day, so you’re ready to head out or run errands unless otherwise advised.
