Studio Etiquette and Inclusivity Practice
We pride ourselves on being an inclusive esthetic practice where it's okay to be you. Any age, sex, race, ethnicity, body size, religion, sexual orientation, and gender identity/expression are welcome here because everyone has skin. Any hateful or discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to end and refuse further services at will.
Skin and Health History Form
A signed and dated Skin and Health History Form is a required form to receive services from Elixir Skin Studio. We utilize various treatments such as chemical resurfacing, electrical, and heat based modalities that could be affected by health conditions and/or medications. Please answer honestly and as accurately as possible to ensure a safe treatment and reduce any risks for your specific skin type and condition.
Saved Payment Information
A card on file is required to book all services and is stored securely through Vagaro. Your card will not be charged until the end of the service. It is also used for the following cancellation and no show policies.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
To provide convenient scheduling options for all Elixir guests, a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice is required. A 50% fee of the scheduled services will be charged with less than 24 hours remaining. This must be paid before future appointments can be booked. Multiple last minute cancellations may result in a deposit requirement before booking.

No Call/No Show
In the event of a no call/no show, 100% of the scheduled services booked will be charged. This must be paid before future appointments can be booked. Multiple no-show appointments may result in a scheduling ban from Elixir Skin Studio.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, you may not receive the full experience of the scheduled appointment but are still responsible for all applicable fees.

Reminders
We send out reminders at 48 and 24 hours before the appointment time. These are a courtesy and failure to receive them does not excuse last minute cancellations or no-shows.
Payment
There is no cash available on site. All service fees are paid through Vagaro. Gratuity, much appreciated but not required, can be given through Venmo and cash. Referrals, reviews, and product purchases are a great gratuity alternative!

Children
We know you love your kids, but this is your time. For the courtesy of other businesses and their guests, space availability, and for general safety measures, children are not allowed into Elixir Skin Studio. Please make sure proper arrangements are made.
